Newsletter Privacy Policy

I store your email to send you new posts once they come out on this blog.

After subscribing you will receive a confirmation email with the link. Once you click the link you are added to the newsletter subscriber list.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, clicking it will unsubscribe you from the list without asking to "manage your preferences". When you unsubscribe, your email gets redacted from the data store, leaving only anonymous unsubscription date.

Emails contain a pixel which allows me to count how many people opened the email. They also might contain links that track opens purely for statistics purposes. Both of these features are completely anonymous and not linked to you personally. There is no IP tracking, cookies or any other sort of logging.

I use listmonk for sending out emails and n8n for newsletter flow automation. Email delivery is handled through Yandex Cloud Postbox SMTP service using TLS encryption. Emails are stored on my own server and are not shared with any other party.
